ETV Pro app setup: check your Android device first

Identify your device, request the matching app guidance and avoid confusing an Android package with Xtream access.

A smooth setup starts with the device you actually use. A television brand, a streaming stick and an app name are not enough to identify the right installation route. Write down your device model and operating system before requesting access.

1. Confirm that the device runs Android

Open Settings and look for About, System or Device information. ETV's public instructions describe ETV Pro as an Android app for compatible phones, tablets, TV boxes and sticks. An Android package does not install directly on an iPhone, iPad, Samsung Tizen television or LG webOS television. The device model and operating system matter more than the word “Smart TV”. 2. Match the download to your product

ETV, ETV Pro and ETV Pro Xtream are not interchangeable app names. Check the product named in your account instructions before installing anything. ETV Best's public app page describes requesting the current Pro app link through a verified email flow, rather than reusing an old APK URL. That is a description of its process, not a download promise from 4KTV+. Read the ETV app guidance.

3. Keep installation and access separate

Installing an application does not by itself activate a subscription. Follow the instructions supplied for your confirmed product. Keep personal download links and account details private. If installation fails, record the exact error and your operating-system version; do not send passwords.

Questions before installing

Can I use the APK on my iPhone?

No. An Android APK is not an iOS application. Read our app and Xtream comparison, then ask support to confirm a suitable option.

Does downloading the app start a free trial?

Not by itself. ETV's published instructions distinguish app delivery from an eligible in-app trial. Do not assume an existing device qualifies for another trial. Confirm the current offer with the seller handling your request.
